• Enquiry details. When you use the contact form or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and job address, along with the details of the work you are enquiring about.
• Website usage data. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source. This data is collected through cookies and is not used to identify you personally.
• Advertising data. We use Google Ads to promote our services. Google may set cookies to measure the performance of those ads.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out plumbing work, invoice you, and keep records of work performed. We use website usage data to improve the site and to measure our advertising.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are handled by Fergus, our job management system. We also use Google services for analytics and advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law or where necessary to complete work you have asked us to do (for example, a supplier delivering materials to your address).

How long we keep it

We retain job and customer records for as long as necessary to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.
